Support
Stuck on something, or found a bug? Here's how to fix the common stuff yourself, and how to reach us for everything else.
Fastest way to reach us:
If something's broken, attach an exported error log (see below) — it usually saves a round of back-and-forth.
Getting started
Activate your license
Paste the key from your purchase confirmation into the extension. Buy a licence →
Connect Google Calendar
A one-time authorisation so Calendar Defender can see your existing commitments.
Teach
Everything runs inside Ringle from that point on.
Troubleshooting
My license key won't activate
Double-check you're pasting the exact key from your purchase confirmation email — it's easy to grab a trailing space by accident. If the key was already activated on another browser profile or machine, deactivate it there first, or from your Creem customer-portal link (in your purchase confirmation). If it still won't activate, export your error log (below) and email it to us along with the last few characters of your key — never the full key.
Tutor Flow says my license is "stale" or won't stay active
Tutor Flow re-checks your license with our license server roughly once a day. If your device has been offline for a while, it keeps working off the last confirmed status for up to two weeks before it needs to reconnect. If it's been offline longer than that, just get back online and it'll re-validate automatically the next time you use it.
Google Calendar won't connect, or shows the wrong calendars
Open the extension popup and disconnect, then reconnect — this re-runs the one-time Google authorisation. If a calendar you expect isn't showing up, make sure you have at least reader access to it in Google Calendar itself. Disconnecting at any time immediately revokes Tutor Flow's access via Google's own revocation endpoint, so reconnecting always starts from a clean grant.
How do I report a bug?
From the extension popup, click Export error log — it saves a diagnostic file to your Downloads folder. Email that file to support@nativeflow.me along with what you were doing when it happened. The log is capped and rotates automatically, and known-sensitive values like your license key are masked before they're ever written to it — see our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I clear my stored data?
From the extension popup: Clear stored errors wipes the diagnostic/error log, and Reset all tracker data wipes your saved student records and notes. Both take effect immediately and can't be undone.
Tutor Flow doesn't seem to be doing anything on a Ringle page
It only runs on Ringle's own tutor pages, so make sure you're logged in and on a lesson, classroom, or feedback page. A refresh usually fixes anything that looks stuck after a Ringle update — if it doesn't, check the Changelog for a known issue, or reach out.
Questions
Does this work outside Ringle?
No. Tutor Flow only runs on Ringle's own pages — it's built for that one workflow.
Which browsers?
Chrome, and Chromium-based browsers like Edge, Brave, and Arc.
What happens if Ringle changes something?
Tutor Flow is maintained alongside Ringle's updates. The developer teaches on Ringle too, so changes get noticed and fixed quickly, and the changelog records them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Monthly and annual both cancel from your purchase confirmation, or see our Terms of Service for the full billing policy.
